ARC Development & Project Management entered the construction arena in 2017. The company was formed as a sister company of Architura Space Planning by owners Edward & Rachael Eible. Working with several clients from design conception to construction they had a front row seat to the struggles that came during the transition from plans to construction. Their belief that architectural design and construction are two sides of the same coin set the groundwork for them to continue to support their clients through the development of the construction process. Their design + build philosophy embraces both sides of the process by pooling their expertise in both design and construction. Being involved in all aspects of a project gives them the ability to solve problems that arise through any phase of a project, as well as develop personal relationships with their clients. ARC Development & Project Management along with Architura Space Planning & Design have completed numerous award-winning projects along the gulf-coast of Sarasota and surrounding areas.
